The Swing Phi Swing Foundation, Inc.® was incorporated and received its 501(c)(3) in 2004. The foundation serves as a separate philanthropic arm to Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship Inc.® The Foundation is designed to distribute scholarship funds and other charitable donations, including funding to organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.

The goal of the foundation’s scholarship programs, including the Ebony Pearl Scholarship Program is to ensure that the Swing Foundation ® is in compliance with our mission statement to affect social change and enhance the quality of life for the scholarship recipients. Through this program, it is our aim to provide scholarship assistance to young ladies in the following categories:

1. High School graduating juniors and seniors
2. Undergraduate and Graduate women currently enrolled in an institution of higher learning
3. Members of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.®
